• Weekly site-check, Daily offsite backup
• Monthly site analysis and traffic statistics (level of detail depends on information available from your web hosting provider)

Gold Support Package
If your website is critical to your business then our Gold support package is recommended.

What you get:

• Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
• 180 minutes support time each month (including making changes and phone support)
• 24x7 monitoring - your website will be constantly monitored to ensure that it is live. The minute it goes offline, we can contact your hosting company to initiate the repair work.
• Weekly site-check, Daily offsite backup
• Monthly site analysis and traffic statistics (level of detail depends on information available from your web hosting provider)
